Our wonderful free community event held on 10th November 2018 was a great success.
We set out to have a day of fun, teaching women some easy self defence moves. It was fabulous to get some advice on how to avoid danger and learn a little bit on how to protect ourselves with some down-to earth tips. All in all, a great day was had by all, and we all learnt a little bit too! Check out the photos ! We'll let you know when we're having our next event and look forward to seeing you there!
